EX90 key tag pairing issue

New EX90 owner here, absolutely loving it so far, but the key tag pairing to my profile is a total disaster. Tag’s right on the reader, but it keeps saying “not found.” Dealer’s on the case, but anyone else run into this mess and figured out a fix?

Charge the key tag first! - also remove every cord or chain from the tag even gently push the tag against the charger pad - Volvo logo pointing upwards

Volvo’s tech is awesome when it works, but when it doesn’t… well, here we are. The key tag pairing process seems a little finicky, some owners say holding the tag steady for a while works, while others needed a software update before it would recognize it. Hopefully, your dealer figures it out, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Volvo has to push a fix in an update.

Alright, I'll try charging it up and removing any chains. Fingers crossed it's just a small glitch and not something bigger. I'll keep you posted if I hear from the dealer!
