We know some cool features might be missing at delivery but that's the modern EV game! Volvo's promising OTA updates which is sweet, but I'm curious what are the specific features we're talking about? Anyone got a leaked list and how long are we expecting to wait? Are we talking weeks, months, or "eventually" plus, while OTA is convenient, I'm hoping those dealership visits for updates are few and far between. What's the best way to hold Volvo accountable for delivering on those promises?

Patience is fine but delays on promised features can get frustrating if they start dragging into the ‘eventually’ category. Volvo has confirmed some ADAS (advanced driver-assist features) and lidar capabilities won’t be fully functional at launch but the timeline for activation is unclear. OTA updates sound great in theory but if major functions take months or even years Volvo needs to communicate better. Best way to hold them accountable? Public feedback, reaching out to Volvo support, and making noise on forums like this.

Volvo's saying some features will show up later, but it's all kinda fuzzy. Sounds like we might be missing Apple CarPlay, some of the driver assist stuff, and app connections for a bit.

Do we know if any of the missing features are hardware-limited, or will everything be fully enabled via software updates down the road?

There will be a computer upgrade (hardware) for free for EX90 owners. this is necessary for LIDAR operation and to resolve the battery loss of 3% daily.

Do you have any updates or timelines regarding these features?
