I'm new to Volvo and my EX90 is already ordered (not sure of the final delivery date, I think before end of this year) but it seriously made me switch as a Tesla Model X Plaid replacement! Volvo's safety rep and hardware seemed top-notch, but is their software game on point?
Tesla's constant updates and "PC on wheels" approach are super appealing too. Will Volvo keep their EX90 fresh with frequent OTA updates, or will they be like BMW and ditch software support after a few years? Version 1.0 situation worries me a bit.
So here's my dilemma is with Tesla Model X Plaid being around for a while with proven EV SUV vs Volvo EX90's brand new platform and unproven software updates.
I'm still waiting for my Volvo that I ordered last year but anyone out there with Volvo software experience when they release new model? Can they keep up with Tesla?
