EX90 delay caused by LiDAR?

I read that EX90 will not be released in early 2024, but rather in the middle of 2024 or later. Some claim the delay is caused by the problem in incorporating LiDAR software. However, according to some articles Ive read, it has nothing to do with LiDAR. Not sure what to believe. But good thing theyre working on it real closely. Anyone have any insight? Articles? Anything? I feel like it all be conflicting but the more you know…you know?

This could be helpful for future self-driving features, but Volvo hasn't said for sure if they'll be adding those yet. Also, laws about self-driving cars are still being figured out, which might make it hard to update the car's software later. So, the benefit of LiDAR right now is a bit unclear until Volvo tells us more about self-driving features.
